Linda Sue Sanchez

Linda was born in St Louis on December 28, 1960, to William Lewis, Sr., and Marlene Shuchmann Lewis. She was a family-oriented person, and beside her own children, all the neighborhood children affectionately called her "Mom". She liked to draw and paint, enjoyed the outdoors and camping, and going to the boats to try her luck. She was known for collecting blankets and clothing for anyone that might have a need, but most of all she was enthralled with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Johnny Sanchez; five children: Angela Sanchez, Rebecca Sanchez, Johnny Sanchez, Christina [Jason] Johnson, Donna Sanchez; twelve grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four sisters: Donna Prosser, Brenda Grimmer, Gloria Laurence, Wanda Morgan; and two brothers Robert and Rick. Visitation will be held from 9:30 - 11:30 Friday, January 7 at Valhalla Chapel of Memories, followed by funeral services at 11:30. Memorial contributions may be left to St Agatha's Food Pantry.
