Richard G. "Dick" Rapp, died June 5, 2018. He was born on June 29, 1929 in St Louis, MO to Harry and Lillian [nee Minette] Rapp. After graduating from the University of Missouri- Columbia with a degree in Agriculture, he joined the United States Air Force. Surviving are his wife: Rosemary "Vicki" [nee Higgins]; two children: Frieda [Danny] Corbett and Richard A. Rapp; six grandchildren: Fred, Erick, Fiona, Rebecca, Rachael, and Riley; two step-children: Jane [Bob] Hawkins and Timothy [Joan] Turner; step-grandchildren: Angela, Jesse, Tracey and Kimberley. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, William; one sister, Lillian; and his first wife, Dorothy.
