Rose M. Costantinou

November 13, 1930 - May 25, 2020

Rose was born in St. Louis, MO to Herman and Arnes [nee Cobbel] Pearce. She became a Registered Nurse and retired from Missouri Baptist Hospital where she worked nights for 25 years in the Labor and Delivery Department. Rose loved to travel. Some of her favorite destinations were Hawaii, Europe, Mexico, Canada, and many places across the United States. She was a longtime member of the Concord Trinity United Methodist Church. Rose was an accomplished crochetier and knitter, and made countless keepsakes for her many family members. But more than anything, she loved spending time with her beloved children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, many friends, and her beloved pet Schnauzer, Tucker. Survivors include three children: Karen [Larry] Mosier, Sue [Larry] Dauer, Phil [JoAnne] Costantinou; twelve grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Steve, her parents, and her brother Lowell. Services are private at Valhalla Chapel of Memories, with interment at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
