William M."Mike" Hunziker

December 4, 1954 - January 4, 2022

Mike was born in St. Louis, MO to William A. "Jack" and Deloris B (Kortkamp) Hunziker on December 4,1954. He died on January 4, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN. Mike was a truck driver for Schneider Truck Lines in Memphis from 2007-2022. He was a member of the NRA, Amateur Trapshooting, and Memphis Sport Shooting Associations. Mike served as a representative for the union for General Motors in Oklahoma City, OK. Survivors include his son Michael Adam Hunziker, grandson Kai Michael-Louis Hunziker, sister Darlene (Hunziker) Watkins, sister in law Pamela King, one aunt Edna (Kortkamp) Burns, nieces April Hill, Mellissa Lugo-King, nephews Jonathan Watkins, Jeremy Watkins, Tim King and special friends David, Sidey, Megan and Michelle Cole in Memphis, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Daniel James (Dan) King, maternal grandparents William H. and Anna B. (Herman) Kortkamp, paternal grandparents William and Josephine (Gotcher) Hunziker. Services were held privately at Valhalla. Entombment in Valhalla Garden Mausoleum. Memorials may be made to "Friends of Valhalla" or the NRA.
