Willie Neal Jr Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Willie Neal Jr. was born to Willie and Georgia Neal on Christmas day 1929 in Brinkley, Arkansas. He was the 7th of 10 children. Willie always held a love of God in his heart and believed in treating others as he would like to be treated. He left his hometown to start a new life in St. Louis and was united in holy matrimony to Henryetta Conners in 1954. Their union was blessed with the birth of 4 children, Mona, Carleatha, Naomi, and Willie Neal Junior. Willie worked for Krey & Hunter packing houses and formed a social club with his coworkers. After the packing house closed, Willie began his career in security and worked as a security officer until the age of 85. Willie enjoyed spending time with his children, gardening, and visiting his family in Arkansas. Willie passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday morning May 17th. He was preceded in death by his wife: Henryetta Neal, his parents, 7 siblings: Hurie, LQ, Linzie, Vera, Beatrice, Ella, and Earnest; and 2 children: Willie and Mona. He leaves to mourn and cherish his memory 2 siblings: Pecola Harrold(George) & Pat Walker; 4 daughters: Glenda, Carleatha, Naomi (David), and Tracy; grandchildren: Kenneth (Erica), Dana, Erica, Whitney (Curtis), Jamelah, Trina, Sofia, Ed, and Chad; great-grandchildren: Keelen, Kendall, Kamille, and Cayden; a host of other great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
